After a delivery mishap (by the fault of USPS, not Neokyo), I can finally leave a review here!

I ordered a couple of items through their service in the middle of January. After paying the bill, they were pretty fast to contact sellers when necessary. All items went to the "awaiting delivery to warehouse" stage within ~48 hours of the initial payment.

Even after everything arrived, I decided to keep my stuff stored there for a bit, in hopes of seeing something else that I wanted pop up. Eventually, I just gave in and shipped the package out.

When it came to shipping, I chose the option "optimize for Japan Post small boxes". Not necessarily because I wanted to ship by SAL, but the other option was along the lines of "split into as many shipments as possible", which I assume would be more helpful to individuals who deal with customs fees. They had a total of seven different shipping options, which was also pretty nice. I ended up picking EMS, mainly due to the package's value.

After I confirmed the way they packed my items, they shipped the parcel on the 22nd, and I received it on the 27th.

I don't have too much to say about the packaging, because well, the person who accidentally received my items opened the box. As a result, all the items were given to me repacked together in bubble wrap only.

Unless they're freebies, using clear files to protect flat items was a bit odd. Now that I think of it though, it's probably so they don't directly tape their labels to the items themselves (everything has a name and order number attached to it). I'm only a little bothered by this because they'll likely be thrown out, as I don't care for these particular franchises and they're not worth selling/shipping to someone else (in other words, I just feel bad for letting what's technically also merch go to waste).

Some items were double cellophane bagged, with the first layer being the item's original packaging and the second being theirs with the label taped on. Once again, this was probably done to keep the item in its most pristine state.

Overall, my first time ordering with Neokyo has been a pleasant experience. Their low fee of 250 yen/item plus the fact they can buy from Mercari really helps as someone who mainly orders smaller, cheap merchandise...many of which, for some reason, end up on Mercari.

Other things to note are that their interface is easy to understand and their English is good when it comes to communication. Also, cost estimates are now given before you select a shipping method. Definitely recommend their service, and am already using them again for another order.
